Conspicuous achievements and developments Observed in R&D in 2019
On December 27 (Fri), 2019, Hyundai Robotics held the “2019 R&D Performance Presentation” at the Yongin Research Center with about 50 employees, including the COO Seo Yoo Seong.
A total of 25 technological performances were presented, including the hollow-type robots developed over the past year, it also reviewed around 25 technological achievements including Hi6 controller that represents this company’s identity, and HRMS Connecter/Lite, and discussed the directions for future researches.
A loud applaud was given to the excellent development outcomes of mobile service robots and collaborative robots (YL012) newly developed to embark upon a new business, the structured light-based 3D vision system.
Also, there were high expectations on new business expansion with the presentation of technologies and solutions specifically designed to fully advance into the food logistics market.
After the presentation, a plaque of excellence was awarded to the Senior Researcher Jeong Tae-hyeok from Control Platform Research Team and eight others for showing outstanding performances in R&D this year.
