Hyundai Robotics holds online robot operation training for the “non-contact” era

Live, real-time training held for European customers
Hyundai Robotics held online remote robot operation and configuration training for European customers for four days from October 14 to 17.
This training session was an overview of how to set up the robots and how to efficiently program them, such as △Robot Installation, Setting, △Basic Robot programming, △Monitoring, △Palletizing Programming, and △Communication Setting.
In this training conducted in a “non-contacted” manner due to concerns about the spread of COVID-19, questions were collected through the daily post-training Q&A session and reflected in the next day’s training program to deliver practical solutions to on-site problems.
Moving forward, Hyundai Robotics will produce a variety of online videos on how to effectively communicate with customers and provide necessary services in situations where it is difficult to meet customers in person due to COVID-19.
