Hyundai Robotics will begin operating a remote service control center, an integrated robot management solution, for smooth maintenance and repair and after-sales services of robots for customer companies on January 4.

The employees of the Hyundai Robotics Call Center will receive the inquiries and provide support for purchasing parts, technical services, and after-sales services based on the database and consultation content. After-sales service history management through the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program makes optimized services for each customer possible.
 
In the case of after-sales services, the remote after-sales service support system is worth noting. A failure at the site is remotely checked by the use of Smart Glass or a customer’s smartphone, and technical support is immediately offered. In addition, the Live Assist system is a platform that supports impeccable on-site counseling services, and it specializes in managing counseling history and providing guidance.
